You probably thought it came naturally! But in actuality and there's a lot to learn about proper sleep. You are going to spend 1/3 rest of your life sleeping or more correctly attempting to sleep. You may as well get it right.

Sleep is not a waste of time. Sleep is not something that interrupts your agenda for living. It just feels that way. In fact, if you get to sleep part correct you will get much more joy out of the other two thirds.

- If you're in the workforce your paycheck will go up because your productivity will rise with ease.
- If you're just simply alive you will actually live longer.
- If you're sick you'll get healthier.
- If you're not sick you will have less likelihood of getting sick.
The things you can learn here will change your sleep life - guaranteed. That is, if you take the advice seriously. You will get up to the minute information based on all the latest research and put in terms you can understand.
